Sacred Geometry is found in nature, in art, and in ancient civilizations. It can be seen in crop circles, classic art, prayer wheels, mandalas, and DNA. It is found in the grand design of the cosmos, as evidenced by the relationships between the planets in our own solar system. Sacred Geometry is held to be the language of the Creator. Indeed we see the spiraling form in sea shells, flowers, leaves, ever beautiful, ever inspiring. Scientists theorize that Sacred Geometry is proof of a holographic universe.

For many, enlightenment can be experienced through the study of Sacred Geometry. Looking at any of the endless examples of Sacred Geometry in existence can resonate with one's deeper self, bringing about new patterns of thought and a deep knowing of the perfection and cohesion of the Universe.

The Five Platonic solids, Cube or Hexahedron (Earth), Icosahedron (Water), Tetrahedron (Fire) Octahedron (Air), Dodecahedron (Ether/Spirit/Universe) are ideal, primal models of crystal patterns. These are the only five regular polyhedra, that is, the only five solids made from the same equilateral, equiangular polygons. The cube and octahedron are duals, meaning that one can be created by connecting the midpoints of the faces of the other. The icosahedron and dodecahedron are also duals of each other, and three mutually perpendicular, mutually bisecting golden rectangles can be drawn connecting their vertices and midpoints, respectively. The tetrahedron is a dual to itself.

By meditating with the Platonic Solids, one can form a deep connection with all of life. Inherent in all living form is the interplay of each of the elements. There are physical, emotional and spiritual manifestations of this interplay. The Sacred Geometry of these cuts combined with the Sacred Geometry inherent in the Quartz crystalline formation creates an engaging metaphysical reality.

The degree to which we perceive our sense of wellbeing, our functional balance, our energetic state, is related to our alignment, our resonance, with each of the five elements in their respective balance. Each organ, each organ system is regulated in its function by the interplay of the elements.

The truth within the knowing of our body is ever in expression. Every gesture, every breath, every experience, every thought, every word, every vision, every sound, bring into existence a myriad of cell signals. Feelings of ease, tension, comfort, pain, come forth as the body and the consciousness interpret the incoming signals and those that are held and activated within our consciousness. As too, a crystal, we are the totality of all time, all experience, all consciousness.

Through direct biofeedback one is able to determine the presence or lack of presence of alignment and/or resonance with each of the Five Platonic Solids and their respective element. When the energies are brought into balance by specific restorative frequencies, alignment and resonance are manifest.

H E A L T H is indeed the call, the alignment, the resonance, the echo of Harmony, Energy, Aspiration, Love, Truth and Heart… the interplay of Earth, Water, Fire, Air, Ether/Spirit/Universe. When the four elements are in balance, our expressive truth, our light and vision, our spirit, our knowing ascension lives in grace and gratitude.
